TS isnt working --> please help

Ok so here's whats going on:

I can log into teamspeak and i can hear everyone perfectly, but everytime i try to say something, no one can hear me. I checked my settings and I am pushing the correct button, but the green light does not even come on. So I put it on voice activation, but the green light will not come on no matter how much I yell and scream, and i have my microphone set to very sensitive and it set to whisper on teamspeak.

It worked perfectly before and then one day, without me touching the settings at all, it didnt work. I went to my files and uninstalled and reinstalled it a good many times and it continues to not work.

I have talked with others about what may be the problem, but no one can figure it out. Can anyone help me?

1) Read the Forum Rules so you know where to post support requests

2) Read the Forum Rules so you know what minimum information we need (software versions etc) to help you

3) Read the FAQ to see if there's already an answer

4) Search to see what other people have done in your situation

5) If all of the above fails, post in the SUPPORT SECTION for help.

That said - check your microphone cable, and/or make sure your microphone isn't dead by testing it with another application (like sound recorder). That way we can try to find out if its TeamSpeak or your mic that's the issue.

note:

- there are a few nasty applications which do chaneg oyur sound mixer settings on their will (they might deactiveat your mic for recording,...)

- if you wanne completly reinstall the TS client, make sure you delete the hidden file "Teamseak.conf" as well (see FAQ for more info on that file)
