messed up ts server

Hi how can i uninstall teamspeak server i need to delete the user
im running linux os centos 4


What happened was i set it up and couldnt access the webmin it kept timing out so i tried to stop ts and it said to stop i must delete pid which i did now it want stop or start says need pid :(

So my first thing to do is delete the user in ssh so it uninstalls everything but dont know the command

Also does anyone know why it was timing out when i tried to access webmin

I sorted it now
but got another problem :( Iv setup the TS server everything is running ok expect when i try and join.

No reply form server
maybe the server is offline
Or matbe Teamspeak is not running

The ts server is running i can access superadmin ect even my php script picks the server up as running. But cant join with ts client. I have allowed the ports in the firewall just cant work it out
