I have installed teamspeak server on my linux. It works very good, but for increased security and for the sake of learning some things I want to have teamspeak use my MySQL server (mostly because I want to know where data is stored and I don't know this now).
How can I install it? I read INSTALL.mysql and that's pretty useless :S
I added the section text in server.ini and NOTHING changed. All my data is still there.
I found a post from madcat (after searching this forum for more then 90 minutes) that had a linux script to use, but the script won't work! it won't do ANYTHING. I use Xubuntu so I just use the sudo command, but I am getting either errors or nothing. Rather weird if you ask me.
So... does anybody know what I have to read/do to be able to have TS use mysql? I only see solutions for people trying to upgrade. Is there a big tutorial or manual somewhere?
