Can't Give Others Server Admin

I have full admin, and everything works for me. I can allow people to register, and give them channel admin, but I can't give server admin.

I right click on their name, and Give Server Admin is grey, and I can't click it.

How to fix?

I guess your TeamSpeak server is hosted by a hosting company or at least by another person. The server hoster seems to have disabled the permission to give and revoke server admin. You will have to ask your hoster to give someone ServerAdmin rights.
