Other people cant log into my server!

Please help me, I created a server and for some reason none of my friends can join it, I did the server.ini edit like the faq said and it still doesn't work, any reasons?

You are probably behind a firewall if I had to guess, as you have included no information about your setup. Try following the instructions in the "behind a firewall" sticky and make sure that you have covered all those bases.

the firewall is off (Norton Internet Securitey). Its completely off and my friends still having problems.
