Sever not loading on Router Microsoft Mn-700

I've portforwarded it, both the UDP and the TCP on the basestation page, and the Microsoft windows firewall.

I use norton antivirus, and im not sure if i have to portfoward that or something, just not sure how with norton..

Yes but after all that It still dosen't host, any ideas?

What if you turn both Firewall and Norton down?

I'll try it.. but i think its the router. cause it works FINE when the modem is connet direcrtly to 1 pc
