Unbanning myself from my server

Alright iv searched all over the forums and haven't had much luck. Mostly because some things weren't explained very well, or things didn't need to be explained but were. SO i need to know how to unban myself..... i noticed something about server.dbs which i see in my program files area but nothing about a .log or anything. but someone said something about deleteing the ip/loginname or something like that. Well so i took a look and found this.......

i tried deleteing the ip and login name but i couldn't get back into my sever and the ip never got erast. Could someone maybe tell me EXACTLY what to delete or do:confused:
