Why can't some people connect to my server?

hi,

I can connect to my own server and another computer on the same router can connect to my server. But my cousin can't connect to my computer (who isn't on the same router). I read the faq, there was one solution on it and i followed it but it didnt work out.

Can someone help me with it?

Could you be more straight? yes i read trough the rules before. I tryed using faq like i said and search function doesn't seems to work very well. Why doesn't anyone help out?? I said i already read that, but i couldn't come out of it!! I can give info, but i dont know what info to give, and it's useless to give out useless info (duh).

once again, some other people just can't connect to my ts server. I tryed to Follow the Faq, there was one solution in there. But it didnt help out...
