Another Socket Problem =/

my clean leader started running a TS server on his comp and i was able to connect to it in the morning, then i left my computer and came back like 4 hours later and it said i couldnt connect, heres the log:

so apparntly the problem is socket error # 10038 which i kno nothing about. Other ppl can connect to the server so its not just me. If neone could help me that'd b awesome.

Edit: Now heres a new log which is completely different:

that also came up so yeah someone pleez help...thanx
