Ping "Jumps" while speaking

Hello,

I'm having a strange problem with Teamspeak. When I speak in TS while playing, my ping starts to climb to unplayable levels until I stop speaking. If I keep silent, it goes back to the normal ping. I've tried many things; limiting upload with netlimiter, limiting upload in TS, reverting back to an older version, but still it's there.

Strange thing is, there wasn't a problem before my last format. Also, my friends use the same connection as mine, yet they are able to talk and play the game without affecting their pings.

Any help will be appreciated.

* TeamSpeak version 2.0.32.60(tried older ones as well)
* Operation System (Windows XP Home build 2600+ Service Pack 1)
* Soundcard & Driver version (Creative Audigy Soundblaster Value, Driver Date 08.07.2005, version 5.12.1.512)
* Game (Mostly with Red Orchestra Ostfront 41-45 (uses UE 2.5 engine))
* DirectX Version (9.0c)
* Error message (no error)
* How often does the error appear?(everytime)
* What did you try to fix the problem?(said above)

I reformatted my computer and it's still here. Any help is welcome. My connection is 256kbps down 64kbps up.

The 64kbps could be your problem. I would suggest upgrading your teamspeak client and your operating system. Do you have anything else running besides the game and teamspeak?
