Scripting Client Events

Is there a way to write a client side script to do things like move people from one channel to another? As an example, I'd like to be able to, with a keystroke, move 40 people in one channel into 8 different channels, and then with another keystroke, move them all back.

As far as I know, the client SDK is the only client side interface you could use and if I remember correctly, is does not have a function to move players.
