Teamspeak2 makes CSS and DODS crash

For the past month or two I have been having crash which I thought were random. I have narrowed this down to when I am using Teamspeak. This is causing me to crash out in counter strike source or any game with with source engine. Can anyone help me. It automatically closes the gaming program too windows were it stays.

Besides that, you should contact the Steam support instead as your game is having problems with TeamSpeak and TeamSpeak is having no problems with your game.
