Okay, this is a common problem, I can tell, and I have a way to fix it. I recently posted a question on how to fix my problem. My problem was that No one but me could connect to my server, And i had my routers port forwarding setup. I just couldent figure it out. And No One could seem to help me, so I though about it, I knew it wasent my Router, and it wasent my PC, b/c I had no firewall.
So when you are doing this, some people can, and some people cant connect to them selves with their WAN, so to test your WAN, use this: http://ts2test.planetteamspeak.com/
This should and most likely will solve your problem if it is anything like mine.
Okay, so lets look at our info.
We know that it isnt your Computer, if you turn off all of your firewalls, and still no luck.
We also know that sence your porst are forwarded, if you match them to this: http://www.portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/Linksys/WRT54GL/TeamSpeak.htm (Scroll Down for the ports and info)
So the only thing it can possibly be is your Modem. So if you have a DSL modem, i suggest you make sure the connection is set to "Always on", and not "On Demand". I cant tell you how to do this b/c all interfaces are diffrent. Check With your ISP.
Now that that is all set, you need to go to "Port Range Forwarding" on your modem. This usally is under "Home Networking" and "NAT/Gaming". Find that and make a port forward to UDP and TCP ports 8767 & 8767. There should only be one IP that you can forward to. Don't worry, that ip will be your routers IP. After doing this, you port will then be unlocked on the only things you need them to be, Your Router, Modem, And PC.
The reason this matters is b/c its kid of like having three doors, each door representing one, either your PC, Router, Or Modem. When you open the door on your PC by lowering your firewall, and open the door on your Router, by forwarding the ports, and you leave the modem door locked, there is no way for a connection to go through. So this third step hopefuly will help a lot of people. I havent seen a tutorial yet telling you to go to the modem aswell.
Remember to open all three doors.;)
Thanks,
