Sound stutter when hosting

Hi, when I'm hosting teamspeak server my sound stutters sometimes with some guys..
all friend can talk with eachother but I stutter @ them and opposing

What's the problem here?

maybe your upload isnt high enough to transfer all the data. If people are far away from you they need higher upload to recieve your TS. Witch Codec do you have?

i had this problem to in the beginning. codec was 25.4 kbit a second. I have only 44 KBps max. It lagged as a crazy one with more then 15 peoples. So i changed the codec to 12.3 speex. I can here everyone still very good en lower upload rate. So more people can talk at the same time.

Less upload, no lag.

i suggest to look how much upload you have so you can configure your server with maybe a lower codec.

My upload is 1mbit and I'm using 12.3 Speex so It should be enough!
