Focus loss on large servers

Everytime some logs on or off from the server, the group they're in opens, and focus shift to that group. Is there a way to stop the client shiefting focus so I can keep an eye on my own TS channel?

This is one of the known TeamSpeak 2 bugs. I don't know any fix for this problem and I doubt that such a fix does even exist.
