server not on web server list

maybe someone here can help me. I have been running my own TS Server now for about 4-6 months, and it is not showing up in the Web Server List. (hit Connection > Connect > Web Server List) Maybe i am doing something wrong, maybe i didnt so something in particular at all... i have no clue. If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated.
Also on a side note, my server logs are "missing" i dont have any.. if anyone could help with this seperate issue, i would greatly appreciate it too.

Make sure that your ListPublic is set to 1 in your servers config file.
ListPublic=1

Please note that this option can also be set in the servers web administration interface.

You should read the server manual (http://docs.teamspeak-einstieg.de/manual-eng/) as it answers a lot of questions.

i just went in to my webadmin, and into my Config.ini file.... and in both places it IS Listed Public, but if you go to "Connections > Connect > (tab) Web Server List" the 437th Virtual Airlift Command is ***NOT*** listed in that list. any idea what is wrong???
