I downloaded and installed teamspeak, but it says my name and pass is wrong, do i need to register on the site or on the forums (which i did)?

Once again, whatever server you are trying to connect to has NOTHING to do with this website and/or forum. This is something that you need to discuss with an admin of that specific server.
