Packetloss Help. 1 Server only

I am having a problum where my packetloss is in the 80's in ONE 1 Server only. And any other server its 0 I have tried everything. Setting dmz and everything. I even got a enw router and does not work. 64.156.**.***:1337 Is the parts of the server ip. I dont know wahts going on. I am only one in server with packetloss that Hgih. everyone one else is under 1%

If you are the only person having this problem on this single server, contact your internet service provider and inform them about the problem. Sometimes internet providers have problems with connections to other parts of the net. They can usually fix it if you tell them which connection isn't working.

If you have a second PC then try running TS on that and seeing if the problem is present, as you may also have a bad network card, though most likely its routing related as pointed out
