Teamspeak Voice Static

When I am on teamspeak with my friends I seem to get really bad static, that I need to close completely out of TS, load it back up and log in and its fine, but this gets very annoying because of how randomly it happens, it seems to really happen whenever im talking while i load IE or try to get in or out of a game.

Please help

TeamSpeak version - Teamspeak 2 RC2
Operation System - Windows XP Home Edition SP2
Soundcard & Driver version - Direct SB Live! Series
Game - Internet Explorer, Runescape, Battlefield 2
DirectX Version - No idea how do you find?

yes my friend is having that same issue, he will be playing and all at once his TS voice is just pure static, cant make out anything, just static, if he restarts it everything is fine, can someone help us with these issues

try updating your drivers...

go from wave->direct sound or visa versa.(teamspeak options)

This is the ear-bleeding static problem that happens occasionally with me. Been around since the release of TS2.
