sound works for everything, except TS

my sound works fine with startup, music, and games, but not teamspeak...the disable all sounds box is not checked. any other ideas?

are you talking about the wave sounds or not able to transmit/receive sounds?

I have the same problem transmitting. Ive had teamspeak for ages and today it doesnt want work:confused: My mic works wen i use windows sound recorder etc. Any suggestions on how to sort this out would be nice :D

I had a similar problem this morning, caused by windows update running on my system last night and changing the sound defaults. However, the only thing I could get to fix the problems were to back up the system to two days ago, before the update occured. I could get speech to work, but it would only work on push to talk, unacceptable for me. If it helps, look to backup the system to just prior to the last winxp update, it helped enormously.
