Hi there.
I know this question's been asked 100's of times before, and i read all the posts, but nothing seemed to be able to help me.

Allright, well i get the well known error message:

[18:09:08] Connecting to 62.**.**.***:8767
[18:09:12] No reply from server
Maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it

But im pretty sure this has something to do with my new router and internet connection, as i just changed, plugged it all up and tried connection but nothing works.

Im running Windows XP, and im not on a LAN network with the server.

Well, i tried opening all ports on the router, but it wasn't that. I've tried disabling the firewall in Windows, but doesn't work. Any ideas anyone?

All help is much appreciated.

(Hope im not breaking any rules i didn't catch in the rush)
Thanks,
-Steve.

Is this your server?
Can anyone else access this server?

Thanks for your quick response.

Yes, this is my server, but a friend of mine runs it.

And yes, many others can connect to the server, but not a specific bunch of people - they have the same problem as I have.

Sounds more like a server problem. And I'm totally sure why. It could be numerous amount of reasons. There are many questions... Where is the server located exactlly? is the server configured correctly? is the network where the server sides configured correctlly - static ip - port forwarding - multiple routers - etc?

ISP problems are possible as well...

On my server, I had to go into windows built in firewall and added a new 'exception'
I had to open port 8767... For some reason, it didn't work unless I did that.

whatismyip.com triple check you are using the correct IP to connect...

Thanks for the quick response.

Well, the fact that some others can connect would let out a few things, wouldnt it?
And the server works perfectly, but now i got this new router, and i cant connect now.. :(

The server is located in a town a few miles from here, and yes im using the right IP adress ;)
