what is Auto Operator - Auto Voice-Operator_voice?????? used for i click em all it says i have all this stuff how do i use it???

As long as you are a registered user:

Auto-Op = every time you login to that channel you become a channel moderator.

Auto-Vox = every time you login to that channel you are give speaking rights(you can talk).

Op = you have temporary moderating rights, next time you login to that channel you will not have these rights untill given to you again.

Vox = you have temporary speaking rights, next time you login to that channel you will not be able to talk until given to you again.

If you need more info on this, you should learn more about channel moderating. ( spend a month in chat rooms in IRC using mIRC. Its great experience )

in short, Operators can give voice to others, take it away, kick users,.....many more things can be done in IRC. TeamSpeak moderating is very basic but great for the intended use.
