Hello,
I have been successful with my web posting script until recently.
I am having a problem with the server reading the data I believe.
ex. http://www.thewaterrats.com/phpBB2/ts/index.php?detail=1&page=1&sort=server_name&direction=asc
I server in reading the amount of people who is on the server but it is not displaying the names.
The error message displays that the TCP query port is not open.
I recently open a new port to try and correct this problem but it has not resolved the issue.

Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? Recently we moved our web site to a cobalt Raq server. Since then we have not been able to display our members on the web posting script.

I already met the problem. It showed "Data unavailable.
TCPQueryPort may not be open". But I didn't do anything and I could work it well yesterday. If anyone can understand the reason why it happened and solve it ?

sorry to see its not working, why did you move to the cobold?

My new host also runs IBM and Cobold, and I will also be running with phpBB2 forum. Does it work well with TS normally?

<to new to webstuff to help you with problem, but, you may want to check with host about TCP/IP blocked port and I am not sure you can specify a port to send too using webpost. (Im sure I am not telling you anything you don't know).

Dont feel to bad :p mine dosnt shoe nything.

Anyway, lets check to see if the query port is indeed open.

Telnet to your tcp query port you should be able to connect with out problems. If that is the case then you need to check to make sure the ports are set right for your network conditions. You also need to make sure the the ports are open allowed to pass through the router. Im guessing, but you are probably behind one. If you are on a large scale network you may be behind more than one. Check that out and see whats kickin.

Also see that the database if this is the php version has the proper tables installed in it.

Also check the to the post script

http://yourdomain.com/webpost/webpost.php
you should recieve no errors when you try to load that
