Bandwidth estimates?

I saw the very detailed breakdown of bandwidth consumption, but I was wondering if anyone just has some estimates in terms of what it looks like for normal usage. Not heavy use but just light to normal use. Anyone have numbers they can share?

Define light to normal?

Some people might find 2 people every night for a month is normal. Others might find 10 users, twice a month "normal".

It would also depend on what codecs you're using. (Higher quality sound = more bandwidth).

I can tell you that I have 6-10 users on my server nightly, with the highest qualtiy (and bandwidth) codecs and I think I see between 3 and 6 GB of traffic a month (depending on how many different games they're playing and for how long each night).
