Nobody here is going to walk you through setting up a server on your own, because there are lots of manuals, FAQs, and many many MANY posts in these very forums (especially in the SUPPORT section) that explain how to download, install, and setup everything you need to make a server work.
I'd suggest reading through all those directions and simply giving it a shot. However, configuring a free server requires knowledge of basic networking, including:
Knowing the difference between a LAN and WAN
Basic TCP/IP
Port Forwarding
Firewalls
Security
If these topics are foreign to you, or the prospect of learning about them scares you, a free server is, sadly, not for you, and you'd be far better off renting a server from the authorized hoster list. Part of the advantage of renting a server is that you don't need to "know" how to set one up, it's just there and works, leaving all the "hard work" to someone else.
If you do give it a try, and get hung up, make sure you SEARCH the SUPPORT forums for any help you need as you go.
