Hello,
I just recently set up a TS2 v2.0.r20.b1 Win32 on my machine. I've got everything working correctly and I'm down to creating channels.
I want to create a channel where no one can voice or request voice, including myself and my other SA's. I'm pretty sure it's possible, a TS server I used to join had a Quiet Channel where no one could speak.
I logged in to my server as an anon user and I noticed that my "green-light" does not light up, no matter how hard I yell, but when I log on as a SA it lights up, even in a moderated channel where I have no V or AV granted to myself.
