Teamspeak Server changed my IP address! Help!

I use torrents and recently, Teamspeak Server changed my IP to a global IP address, and I don't know how to change it. I cannot port-forward and make the downloads go faster, so help me please.

TeamSpeak can't change your IP address.

If your WAN IP has changed, its likely because your ISP has changed it - most of them only assign addresses Dynamically.
