Loginstep2 time out on only one port of the server

I have searched 2 days now and no anwsers fit or are complete. My friend can connect to the server bank. But one server times out on Loginstep2, the 8767 port. This starteed two weeks ago, no changes to the server or client. He has no problems connecting to the 8765 port server at any time. Both servers are in service all the time, and there are more running aswell. I will add his Debug file below. Just looking for a real reason and maybe a repair.

Please update the client to the current BETA, deactivate the firewall and try again.

He will be trying the Beta, I think he is doing that today. The firewall was never a problem and is set to let TS pass thru. The problem is with 1 TS verual server in the server. the other servers, just change the port number, all work fine. They are all on the same IP addy. I will report after he inserts the updated .exe.

well Binary is in and no change. Time out on just that one server, the 8767. He has no probs with the 8765. Also the server of his own clan is fine. His clan's TS is with a diff host than ours.
Any Ideas??

Well, direct to the modem and all secuities off, no change. Same debug info. Dont know what to do now.
