Iv had an hacker on my freinds teamspeak and we have his ip how do we ban a ran like if his ip is 29.233 do u do like this29.233*.*.?

You've answered the question yourself!

Just add the first two (or three or one) blocks of the ip to the ban-menu.
The rest is specified by an "*".


Example: 192.168.*.* would ban every user who has an ip beginning with 192.168.
