Generic "my friends/users can't connect" checklist:
1) Are they connecting to your WAN address (www.whatismyip.com)
2) Are the ports forwarded from your rotuer to the TeamSpeak Server on your LAN? (www.portforward.com)
3) Have you made an exception for Inbound UDP traffic on port 8767 in your software firewall(s)? This includes the Windows Firewall which is ON by default in Windows XP SP2
4) Is the server running? (test by connecting to it yourself)

Yes I can connect to it myself. But when I do a port connection test that is on one of the forums it says my ports arent open. I have went into my routers settings and allowed them to be open by portforwarded them. I also have Norton Antivirus how would I configure it to allow inbound traffic from that port?

This might help explain...
The UDP connection test finished with errors!
The UDP test could not establish a connection to the specified server.
Possible reasons:
1. You entered an invalid server address or port number.
2. You're using a software firewall or router, which is preventing a connection to the server.

The TCP connection test finished without errors!
The TCP test could establish a connection to your TeamSpeak server. Your servers TCP query interface can be accessed by anybody anywhere on the Internet.
The HTTP connection test finished without errors!
The HTTP test could establish a connection to your TeamSpeak server. Your servers web interface can be accessed by anybody anywhere on the Internet.
