If you are referring to the linux client for
TeamSpeak, You change to the ~/TeamSpeak2 directory and type ./TeamSpeak

If you are referring to the server for TeamSpeak, it depends on the linux version.
For Red Hat/Mandrake ... , You change to
the ~/tss2 directory and type
./tss.minimal_startscript start
for SuSE, You change to the ~/tss2 directory and type
./tss.SuSE_startscript start

To stop the server use the same script as above but add the word stop
i.e.
./tss.SuSE_startscript stop

The client comes with a desktop icon so
you can setup a link-to-application to
make it just a mouse click
Hope this helps;)
