Transfering the server to a new computer

I am attempting to transfer our teamspeak server to a new computer as the guy running it now will no longer be able to do so. I can't seem to get the user names and passwords to transfer over to the new computer and was wondering exactly which files need to be copied over. Thanks for the help, Scott

Copy server.dbs, server.log and there is another file you need....

So you need
server.dbs, server.log, server.ini
