Hey
I am trying to set up a teamspeak server and need some help.
I have set it up with a name and I can connect using my local IP. My friend can see the server and my external IP but whenever he goes to connect it says it failed.
I have opened port 8767 in windows firewall, i am forwarding that port on my router but teamspeak server doesn't show up in Zone Alarm Pro so I can't open the port for that. What should I do now?
Thanks

Try:

Report back the results
You should be able to manually add TS server to Zone Alarm...
You could temporarily disable Zone Alarm, and see if your friend is able to connect, if so, it is a configuration problem with Zone Alarm

I added TS Server to Zone Alarm and opened UDP port 8767.
Then I went to the connection test and tried to connect with both my external and internal IP but got crosses next to everything.
I also tested it with Zone Alarm disabled but got crosses again.
I can still see my server in the TS client and can connect to it with localhost.
I also assigned my pc on our network a Static IP. What should I do now?
Please try the test!
Check your ZoneAlarm-Config. (See this Thread (http://forum.goteamspeak.com/showthread.php?t=14847&highlight=zonealarm+config))
Did you forward the ports to the computer which is hosting the server?

I tried the test again. Same result.
I've forwarded all the ports to the the IP hosting the server.
I did all the steps in the Zone Alarm config. I also tried while it was disabled.
Now I have everything under UDP as crosses. Everything under TCP is ticks. Everything under HTTP is ticks. What now?
