nascar 2002 crashes

please help somebody,i have a asus motherboard via649t and sound blaster pci 512 and gforce4 mx 420 video card with windoes 98se.team speak works fine but when i try to start nascar racing 2002 season game locks or sometimes teamspeak quits responding

have you tried using wave or direct sound in TS Settings ?
give the opposite your using a try.

yes guldi sure have ive tried every setting codac etc and still crash at splash screen
