I have a problem similar to this: I can't hear my voice even in the tester (the mic is working). I hear others fine and the channel isn't moderated..I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I just can't figure it out. any ideas, please?

The optimal sound-settings are shown here: http://teamspeak.buddha.eu.com/indexeng.htm
(I think you are using windows?!?!)

Otherwise:
-Deactivate mic-boost
-Updgrade your sounddriver

I cannot see the images in the link :(

I tried changing the options, but the advanced controls are greyed, so I cannot acces them (though when I test hardware..or even on Y messenger it sais it's working properly) The sound driver was updated at the beginning of the month, so I guess it should be ok...

PS: i'm using windows :p

thanks for correcting the link, it seems to be very helpfull :) the problem is I cannot acces some of the options illustrated there (they are greyed). so I guess my problem isn't exclusively linked to TS, I'll try to take a look at my soundcard closer this weekend

one more thing: last night, by selecting activation by voice when the little slider was near whisper the green button stayed lighted as if I was speaking, but still they could hear no sound. (it didn't happen before :p)
