O.k................for the life of me I cant log into mt webinterface. I was in my interface about 1 month ago, and now I cant log in. i downloaded the serverdb tool that lists the superadmin on mt TS. It showed the username as superadmin, and my password. i use these for the login, and i get a bad login error. i even deleted the superadmin account, and created a new one with the serverdb tool. After entering in the new username and password, I still get this error. This is getting very frustrating. Any one have any ideas or other solutions for me?????
thank you!

Please try a different browser and disable the cache in your browser.

Or are you using multiple server-instances on your machine? Then check if you are using the correct http port.

I used firefox, and ie7. Cleared the cache, NOTHING. Created new superadmin, cleared cache, NOTHING. This is the web address I am using for the webinterface------------>http://ts11.gameservers.com:14534/slogin.html
My TS address is 63.209.37.30:8776
I checked my server.ini file and the HTTPServer Port=14534
This is frustrating the shit out of me!!!!
Any suggestions here????

God knows how you used the server.dbs tool on a hosted server..

Anyway, you probably will find that you dont have superadmin access... As i believe hosting companies aren't alllowed/dont give that access

You should have server admin though

Try
http://ts11.gameservers.com:14534/login.html

With your server admin username, password, and the port of the server

That link you supplied did not work either.
Well, I copied the sever.dbs file to the directory of the serverdb tool. then ran the server dbs batch file. From there i was able to read the superadmins, and the admins. I was also able to delete and add new admins. I am pretty sure this is how you use this program!
Anyway, I do have superadmin privleges, as i was able to log into it about a month ago. And yes, I was logged in as superadmin. Now for some reason beyond me, I cant log into it to save my life. Would be nice if these F' N programs could run smoothly, and properly.
So, I am at a lost here. Someone hellllppppppppp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What seems really weird is that have access to the file on that server....

It would seem your confused somewhere....

As it would seem its hosted, you should really be asking them,

Do you have root access to that server or something?

Re: Server.dbs Tool - I've done the latest batch of addition to the software - Listing users, changing passwords....
