Here's the problem:
My TS works fine while playing BF 2142 until the map changes. Then, TS dives right into heavy static, and no one can make out what I'm saying. Sometimes, it does this for no reason, perhaps during the middle of a match or something like that.
In order to fix this, I alt-tab BF down (or quit out entirely) and go to Settings>Options>Devices and change the devices. I have two things for input and output: Primary Sound Capture Device, and SoundMAX HD Audio. If I go into static, I change both the output and the input to the other device I wasn't using, and it'll be fine for one more whole round.
For example, let's say I played a map and finished it. As soon as the new map loads, I'm all static. If I was using, say, the "primary sound capture device" for the input device and its output counterpart, I would have to change both input and output to "SoundMAX HD Audio." Then, I would do the complete reverse if I became static after "fixing" it for the next whole round.
This is very aggravating. Yes, I have disabled ALL audio options that come default with BF. I do NOT use BF's VOIP while I'm using teamspeak.
Is there any possible way to fix this? Thanks in advance!
