Can't Connect to UDP Port

I have a server running and people can connect to my TCP and HTTP ports but not my UDP, I forwarded it on my router and checked my firewall, everything should be fine but people still can't connect.

hi guys i have a little problem with the web server list couse my TS Server doesn't Appear on it! :confused: apparently i have well my configuration! but nothing.

here is my server configuration and of course the server ip ts.osdanil.com:8767
my country is venezuela so the ISP Country Number for the one is 1541
