Making Hosting a user for radio

Is there a way to make my hosting account an user on teamspeak so I can have a continuous loop of music into one channel of my teamspeak. I am guessing I need shoutcast?

This can only be done with a TeamSpeak client. Therefore the machine which you are planning to use must meet the system requirements for the TeamSpeak client software:

Dedicated servers usually don't have a soundcard or a graphical user interface which are both required to run the TeamSpeak client software.

"SHOUTcast" is definitely the better choice for broadcasting music.
