Ok can't log in on localhost

for some reason i can't login on my local host i try superadmin it goes to admin/clinet login and i can't login after tht it says failed to login when i hit login after i put in all of my info does anyone know wat's wrong if u have had this problem and know how to solve it can u help me plz i have tried to rephrase this post from the last one to the best of my ability
