Ok, I am having a minor problem with the TS server that I am running. I have it all setup correctly and have port forwarding on (behind a router). The problem I am having is that, unless I reset my router every morning, some clients get the "no reply" message. Once I reset the router, they get right in. Now, this wouldn't be a very confusing troubleshoot...except, I have other clients that get in regardless of if the router is reset or not.
So...to break it down further.
Client A - connects 24/7 with no problems
Client B - gets "no reply" -- router reset -- connects no problem
I've tried every possible troubleshoot I can think of and the one thing I am actually leaning towards is that my router is blocking certain clients (members) because it is interpreting their packets sent as an attack. When the router is rebooted, it removes the blocks. Anyone having a similiar problem or know of a work-around?
I currently have my router set to disregard pings from WAN. Does the client send a ping out first? That still wouldn't explain why some people get in without a problem and others can only get in when the router is reset.
Btw, router is a D-Link Dl624
Thanks in advance for any help y'all can provide.
