Can TS Server talk to another TS Server?

Can I use my TS server to talk to another TS server? Instead of installing a TS client.
If I can use my TS server to talk to another TS server, please provide me with instructions.

Thank you for the answer.

I guess I need to find out why my client does not connect to other servers.

It could be numbers of things based on what I have read so far (router, firewall, port forwarding, etc). Wish there is a easier way to find out why I can talk to some server but not others.
