Teamspeak1 / counter strike

Plz need help when i have teamspeak on and i shall connect to a server then i get a pop up as says hl.exe has mad an eror..
and then counter strike closes down... i have tryd to reinstal the boute of the programs...
need help...

You have TS2 running and when you join what kind of server? You get an error stating that hl.exe does what?
