getting thses warnings

every time i try to do anything with my control panel i see these warnings on all tabs.


Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Too many connections in /home/makeavoice/public_html/teamspeak/cpanel/server_manager_settings.php on line 27
Could not connect

and i cant even connect direct conect to my own server.the only way i can connect is through quick connect.it keeps telling me bad user name or password wrong.and i was on there with that name and pw and not sure what i did for me to not be able to do anything in controls or connecting!!!! please help someone!!!!:) :)

Check the box named "Allow server to assign a nickname" in your local addressbook.
