I see people telling others how to NOT get hacked, by reading the forums...

Very good point indeed, and the evidence may or may not be so ironic...

Please compare... (Keep in mind who the posters are and thier problems/situation/posting)

Well, if people have it open to the internet

Thats asking for hacking if people find it

Do a Google InUrl/Intitle, and if its been crawled....

you missed the irony me thinks... my TS server isnt getting hacked.

The fact that people tell people how to prevent it, and theres other posts telling how to get admin?

localhost is from inside not outside. So I kind of doubt they are the same, plus what Thomas posted is not hidden information simply browse the FAQ for it.
