Good volume on Real Player bad on TS

I don't know why this would be happening. Perhaps someone can help. I have been using TS successfully for a while now. Today when I logged on, I could barely hear the other participants.

When I turned on my Real Player, the volume was just fine.

Any ideas on what is wrong? I have changed no settings.
