My friend is unable to connect to our local server, it keeps coming up with the server is either offline or teamspeak is not running on it, me and a few others are on the same server and have had no problem connecting. I've asked him if he's using a router and if his brother's are having a problem using it aswell (as they come on the same server) and he said no.

One minute he was online then TS2 reset itself and got rid of all the server information. After getting it again he's been unable to connect - this is the log file.

Have him verify that any firewall software on his computer is configured to allow TeamSpeak to connect outbound.

It isn't that uncommon for firewall software to see TeamSpeak attempting to connect out, and when it asks the user what to do they accidently or mistakenly click "Deny" - thus preventing themselves from being able to use TeamSpeak.
