2 persons connect on one server, 1 can and the other cannot

Hello,
I tried to connect myself on a server, but I got the message saying that the server is blacklisted. How can that be possible if the server is on the blacklist? Or is it me that is blacklisted? How can I know?:eek:
Here is the message I have : The server you are trying to connec to, is on our blacklist. This is usually because the hoster of the server is violating our server license agreement. The client will not connect. For more information see HTTP://www.teamspeak.org/abuse.php When I go to that page it tells me what to do IF I am one of the administrator of the server, but I'm just a client :(
A friend of mine tries to connect on the SAME server and he CAN.

No, just servers can be on the blacklist.

Search a new server in the webserverlist and have fun on that server.

This could be possible for a short time. But in a few hours your friend won't be able to connect as well.
