Myself and one other user of this GREAT program are having a problem for over 9 days now, and our server provider can't fix the problem. I cannot access remote web admin, and only the(on site) admin can access directly. TS client side is working fine and no one is having any problems talking. Clean install had no effect. All registered users can access client side w/out problems. Server admin/CA functions properly in client/console. Lemme know if you have the same problem, or what you think. TYIA.

OK--apparently it has something to do with the SUPERADMIN feature. When I first got TS server side web admin, this was not a feature, although I did see screenshots of it somewhere :confused: in this site. But I figured "whatever". Now, if the admin at my host wants to give me web admin function, he has to grant me SuperAdmin. This apparently will also grant me access to all the other TS servers in that box, and on that IP. I'm not sure of that, but who knows. Lemme know what you think. If this IS the case, does anyone know if RC2 will solve this problem? TYIA.

I think you are on the right track there.

The SuperAdmin is the only user who can access the webinterface. Normal server admins dont have this option.

I have never tested a multi server setup but it could well be that the SuperAdmin always has the right to change any server (on any port). This would also explain the name ("SuperAdmin") which was always a bit confusing.

But then again there has to be a way around it because you cant be expected to do all your user-management in the TS client.

Hmm.. maybe someone comes up with anything helpful?
