Computerized Voice used by Teamspeak

I am looking for a voice creator that sounds like the Teamspeak girl that says Link Engaged.

Anyone have info on what was used for teamspeaks voices?

Given the slight accent on the "TeamSpeak Girl"'s voice, I'd assume they hired someone (or persuaded someone's wife?) to record the voice promts, then added a little echo.

But, that's just a guess.

It appears the hector.se domain is gone, but knowing that a person was the source with modifications at least points me in the right direction, hoping soundforge can duplicate it.
